I love vegetable gardening. I like nurturing plants from
seed to harvest. I live in the high desert, with extream temperatures and sandy soil. Gardening here is a challenge, yet satisfying.

On this web site I'll share my gardening experiences with you by offering ideas, images, and
information about my own garden. I might include pictures of my garden at different times of the year along with useful tips
to help others develop a green thumb of their own. And I'll be sure to include links to my favorite gardening sites.

Tip of the Day
Invasive bugs can be a bother in your garden. After all, you want to enjoy the results of your labors,
not let the bugs eat them. Marigolds have a scent that naturally repels many bugs, (but not humans), while providing bright
and cheerful color to your garden.
